That said, I could personally live in this home exactly as it stands. However, I would repurpose the horse barn to buy a few vintage cars to tinker with. I rode a horse once and it decided to go on a run without my permission. I bounced so hard on the saddle that I lost my breath. That horse didn’t stop when I begged it to mentally, as I couldn’t speak due to a lack of breath. There will be no horses in my future. Your future could include horses with this home. I would fill that barn with vintage cars and motorcycles if I could. Retirement might allow me to tinker in a barn like the one at 110 Spencer Brook. Imagine that…tinkering or having time to tinker. I’m not there yet and my friends would tell you that I love my work too much to ever stop.
