I am proud to bring 50 Wayside Road to market on behalf of a Concord family that could not be more delightful. I am thankful to know them and to work on their behalf. I have to admit that marketing and selling any home on Authors Ridge is a terrific assignment. For those of us who are familiar with Concord we know that this location is outstanding. It is so close to our historic center and all its shops and restaurants – just a short stroll away. It also offers close access to Minuteman National Park and the 5 mile Battle Road Trail. If you have not explored that trail during your time in Concord I strongly suggest you do. Most communities do not have a National Park in their midst. The Park is a real asset in our historic town and one that I enjoy often when I have family and friends visit.
